About Me

- I am a diabetic and started riding several years ago as a method to help control my blood sugar. I did my first ride for charity two years ago, the Tour de Cure for diabetes. Last year I participated in three charity rides. The Tour de Cure, LiveStrong Challenge and the MS City to Shore. I will be participating in all of those rides this year and more. Stay tuned to the blog for my ride schedule, training notes and misc. fun things.
